We are excited to welcome the community back for the Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer at Milliken Arboretum! Serious runners, casual joggers, and walkers alike will come together for a great day supporting an even greater cause as we run, walk, and rally in support of local children battling cancer and the families who stand beside them.

This cross-country fun run and 5K race helps children fighting the toughest battles of their lives by providing critical support to families throughout treatment. Let's show up, move our bodies, and rally together in support of these strong and brave children!

Gather your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors to join you to Strut as a team! Fun team names and matching outfits? Absolutely. Making a meaningful impact on the lives of local children facing pediatric cancer? Even better.

Trophies for Most Spirited Team, Largest Team, and Top Fundraising Team will be awarded after the race!

Last year, the Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer raised more than $65,000 to benefit Upstate children through Children's Cancer Partners of the Carolinas.

This race is one of the community charity races in the Upstate Giving Series, which connects local races with the Upstate nonprofits they support. Every finish counts toward the series standings.

• Rain or shine: the race goes on in any weather. If lightning or severe weather makes it unsafe, the start may be delayed.
• No refunds: all registrations are final.
• Race-day registration: open on your phone until the race starts.
