July Challenge Worksheet / Checklist

You will need to upload all Swim, Bike, Run activities into the RunSignUp results portal.  Click HERE to enter your results.  You will NOT enter the Weight Training items into RunSignUp.  

Upon completion of the challenge you will be emailed a link to a simple checklist form.  You will use this form to show all items you completed during the challenge.  You may also access this form HERE.

A few notes about the checklist:  

  1. The 10 Swim, Run, or Bike workouts have no minimum distance or time required.  The purpose of these items is to get you accustomed to suiting up and at least going to the workouts.  Once you are there we are confident you will go longer than you expected.
  2. The longer rides and runs and swims do not have to be continuous.  They do need to be completed in the same day but if you wanted to break up the 100 mile ride into two 50 mile rides in the same day this will be fine.
  3. All items can be done indoors (on a trainer, treadmill or endless pool type situation)
  4. The 10 Swim, Run, or Bike workouts can include the items within the checklist.  Meaning, for example, if you do all swim workouts on the swim portion of the checklist and they are all done in different swim sessions, you will have completed 6 of the 10 workouts.
  5. Above all else, have fun!
