Click below to let us know the date and time of your first workout.  Your workout will be verified on Strava and your GUN time will begin at the start of this first workout.  Come back once you have completed the distance to submit the Final workout survey to stop your clock.

Note: Each athlete will receive two times.  1) Your GUN time will be the total time it takes you to complete the distance.  This time will include rest time, sleep, workouts etc.  So it is the total time that elapses from the beginning of your first workout until the end of your final workout.  2) Your CHIP time will be the combined time from all your workouts only.  This CHIP time is the time that will be calculated in RunSignUp and will be a sum of all the workouts you enter into RunSignUp using the link above.
