Course Instructions
All races start and finish next to the group dining hall shelter, heading out through the arch and coming back through the arch. GPX files can be dowloaded via the below Strava map links.
Every single lap must be logged by coming through the arch / over the timing mats. At this time, you may visit the aid station, personal support area, etc., before starting your next lap.
Finishers receive their medal at the finish line. We will announce the top overall male/female runners in each event for open and masters (40+) divisions to receive an award.
Course Marking (2026)
The main loop for the 5k/10k/Half is marked with WHITE flags at all intersections, regardless of whether you are going clockwise or counter-clockwise. Between intersections is not marked - once you are on a trail, there is nowhere else to go. Follow the flags at the intersections.
The first loop of the half-marathon is the only time runners will follow RED flags for a bonus add-on section.
- 5k: One clockwise loop following white flags
- 10k: Two counter-clockwise loops following white flags. Make sure to go through the arch at 5k/halfway to log your first lap split.
- 13.1: Four clockwise loops following white flags - the FIRST LOOP ONLY, there is a turn onto the RED flagged trail, it will bring you back onto the white flagged loop. Make sure to go through the arch between every single lap, to record your lap time, and to refill at the aid station.
- Kids K: One clockwise loop 1km (0.6mi), volunteers will be stationed at key intersections.
- Shootout Participants: Once you finish an event, you are on your rest period. Make sure to be on the starting line of the next race to continue the challenge. You will receive your half-marathon and bonus shootout medal at the end of the half-marathon.
