When can I  start registering?

It's Christmas in July! Register in July and you'll receive $5 off your registration along with a festive pair of holiday socks. On August 1st, the price will go back to the normal fee.

PACKET PICKUP

When is Packet Pickup?

Friday, December 4th, at Stockman Bank on Kagy Blvd & South 19th Ave from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Can I register in-person?

In-person registration is available then, but t-shirt choice may be limited.

Can I change my t-shirt size? 

No, t-shirt sizes can't be changed at Packet Pickup, they were already ordered based on participant registrations.

RACE DAY

Are bathrooms available?

Porta potties will be located near the south entrance of the Willson Gym.

Can I bring my stroller?

Strollers are welcome!

Can I run with my dog?

No, sorry but our insurance does not allow for dogs to attend.

Should I wear my race t-shirt?

Feel free to dress up however you'd like! We love seeing everyone in t-shirts and costumes. There will be prizes given to best dressed participants.

Where can I park?

Babcock Street will be closed from Grand to 8th for the safety of our participants, but parking is available on the north side of the Willson Building in the parking lot, along Main Street, and other nearby streets and parking lots. The Emerson does not allow us to park in their lot because it is needed for their customers.

What is the race route?

What about participant safety? 

There will be flaggers along the course to help keep everyone safe while crossing streets.

Is water available during the run?

Water is available in the Willson Gym and a water station will be set up near the Fire Station on Kagy Blvd. After the race join us in the Willson Gym for coffee, hot chocolate and cookies.

VIRTUAL RACE

When can I run the Virtual race?

The virtual race can be completed any time between November 21st and December 6th.

How do I get my t-shirt?

If you live in Bozeman, you can pick it up at Packet Pickup on December 4th. If you live outside of Bozeman, we will mail it to you around December 1st.

How do I record my time in RunSignUp?

Go to the Results page and click on Submit Virtual Results .
