The Sea Pines Dolphin Dash 5K is entrely on the hard flat beach at the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Start is oceanfront of the Beach Club - and the course runs 1250m South -> 2500m North -> 1250m South to finish at the same location. 

Hydration is offered half way through the course - and at the finish.
