7:30am           Packet pick-up closes
7:45am           Transition CLOSES
                        All athletes to start area – begin forming into waves (wave signs)
                        ALL waves need to be aligned and ready
7:55am           National Anthem
8:00am           Start of WAVES with 2 minute intervals between waves
8:20am           Last wave enters water
9:30am           Transition re-opens and bikes removed (once last athlete is off the bike course)
10:00am        Awards Ceremony on race site
