About the Course
The Shakori 40 features a 4-mile, cross-country style loop winding through the Shakori Hills Community Art Center. Along the way, runners encounter a diverse mix of terrain, including singletrack trails (some of which are rocky), gravel roads, and open fields with plenty of twists and turns. Throughout the course, runners can enjoy music and maintain a visual connection with other participants, creating an energetic and engaging race experience.
