40-Mile Individual Race: 7:00 AM Start

• Complete 10 laps of the 4-mile course.
• Wear your bib at all times; it contains your timing chip.
• You must pass through the checkpoint each lap for an official time.
• Cutoff: You must start your final lap by 4:30 PM and must have a headlamp.
• Awards: Top 3 male and female finishers will be recognized.
• All 40 Mile finishers receive a finisher medal.
• Aid Station: The race aid station is at the relay exchange, which is also the 4 mile checkpoint, so you pass it every lap.
  • Stocked with water, electrolyte drink, gels, warm pizza, soup, warm pastries and other ultra goodies.
• Individual Aid Stations can be set up anywhere along the course

40K Individual Race: 7:15 AM Start

• Complete 6 laps of the 4-mile course.
• Wear your bib at all times; it contains your timing chip.
• You must pass through the checkpoint each lap for an official time.
• Cutoff: You must start your final lap by 4:30 PM and must have a headlamp.
• Awards: Top 3 male and female finishers will be recognized.
• All 40K finishers receive a finisher medal.
• Aid Station: The race aid station is at the relay exchange, which is also the 4 mile checkpoint, so you pass it every lap.
  • Stocked with water, electrolyte drink, gels, warm pizza, soup, warm pastries and other ultra goodies.
• Individual Aid Stations can be set up anywhere along the course

4-Mile Open Race: 10:00 AM Start

• For individuals without a relay team.
• 4-mile runners are integrated into the overall 4-mile results including all relay teams.
• All 4-mile participants start together at 10:00 AM.
• Awards: Medals for the top 3 overall and masters winners. There are no finisher medals for the 4 Mile.
