The official race begins at 8:00 pm however packet pickup begins at 6:00 pm.

Yes, this is a 21 and over event only.

• All registrations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, injury, illness, travel complications, or schedule conflicts. This policy helps us manage event costs and logistics effectively, as many expenses are incurred well in advance of race day.
• No Transfers or Deferrals: Registrations are non-transferable to another participant and cannot be deferred to a future Shamrock Shuffle event or any other Run Toledo event.
• Race Changes/Cancellation: While highly unlikely, Run Toledo reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Shamrock Shuffle due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies that may compromise the safety of participants and volunteers.
   
  • In the event of a race modification or postponement, participants will be notified via email and through our official social media channels.
  • If the event is canceled outright, Run Toledo will assess the situation and communicate any potential partial refunds or alternative arrangements (e.g., virtual race options) to registered participants. However, a full refund is not guaranteed in the event of cancellation, as significant operational costs will have already been incurred.

All registration is done online and will be open through the start of the race. If you arrive on race day and are not registered, there will be QR Codes for you to scan to get registered.

Please bring your race confirmation email (with QR code if applicable) and a photo ID. If picking up for someone else, you need a copy of their photo ID or QR Code.

The Shamrock Shuffle is a 3 mile course, you can also take the shortcut if you'd rather get back to the party early.

Absolutely! The shuffle is not a race and the shortcut was created for those who want to get back to the party early. The shortcut makes the route just over 1.3 miles.

This course has an hour time limit.

For getting to and from the Shamrock Shuffle/finish line, the most convenient parking is at Port Lawrence Garage. Parking is available at any other downtown lot, meter or legal parking spot. All parking is at your own risk.

Port Lawrence Garage:
Ample parking is available. Use the entrance off of N St Clair and pay as you enter. The gates will be open after the race starts for fast and easy exit.

Superior Street Garage:
Ample parking is available, pay as you enter. The gates will be open after the race starts for fast and easy exit.

Glass City Center:
Event Parking available, enter off of Monroe St. Pricing is currently unknown as this is a privately owned parking structure. 

There is no gear check for this event.

There is one water stop about half way through the course. There are also some "unofficial" beverage stops along the course.

If you register before the guaranteed shirt cut off you will get a shirt. If when you register you can select the size you want, that means you get a shirt!

Shamrock Shuffle has finisher medals.
