Preliminary Agenda
Because of the distance traveling to the race, there will be no packet pickup on Friday before the race.
All runners will pick up their race packets the morning of the race before boarding the bus for the half marathon, and before the races for the 10k & 5k.
As a kind reminder, please arrive in plenty time before the race to pick up your packets so that you may get on your bus and so the races can start on time.
There will be no $5 charge to pick up your packet on race morning for this particular race as there is no packet pickup on Friday July 19th.
July 20, 2024 - Race Day
Half Marathon
4:30AM - Packet Pickup (Same Day Only) @ Francis Park / Fairgrounds - 2317 South Spring Hollow Road Francis, Utah (GPS 40.609104, -111.279483) (Please do not show up seconds prior to Bus Loading and try to get your packet. If everyone does this the race will be delayed.) (We ask everyone shows up at 4:30AM to get their packet. We felt it could be handled race morning if everyone gets there by 4:30AM)
5:15AM - Load Buses for Half Marathon @ Francis Park / Fairgrounds - 2317 South Spring Hollow Road Francis, Utah (GPS 40.609104, -111.279483)
6:30AM - Load Buses for 10K/5K @ Francis Park / Fairgrounds - 2317 South Spring Hollow Road Francis, Utah (GPS 40.609104, -111.279483)
7:00AM - Start Half Marathon @ Just west of Wolf Creek Campgrounds up HWY 35
7:00AM - Packet Pickup for 10K/5K at finish line area.
8:30AM - 10K and 5K (You will load bus at Francis Park / Fairgrounds and be dropped to the Woodland LDS Church. The course is out and back from Church)
9:30AM - Awards Ceremony @ LDS Woodland Church - 4219 S 2800 E St Woodland Utah (No parking here. You must park at Francis Park / Fairgrounds and ride the free shuttle back and forth to this location for parking. This is also for spectators, so if you have any please let them know to ride the bus because there is no parking at the LDS Church or near it)
