This page houses information pertinent to Team Captains to ensure you and your team are set up for success! 

CREATING A TEAM 

• Create a corporate team via the Corporate Teams Registration page.
• Follow the prompts outlined on the page. 
• Please note, under "Event Costs" you must plug in a value in each box, even if the value is 0.
• Once the team is created, you can begin promoting the race to your employees!
• Please note, that registering your team does not automatically register the Team Captain for the race. You must register and join your Corporate Team. 
• To pay for your team / employee registrations (if applicable), you will receive an invoice from Knight Eady to complete. 

RECRUITING TOOLS

• As Team Captain, an important part of your job is recruiting employees to join your team. The attachment below hosts a handful of helpful tools to promote Space Race to your employees via Slack, email, socials, and more. 
• Just copy/paste the graphics and text in the attachment into your email newsletters, social media posts, or other internal forms of communication. 

PURCHASING TEAM SPACE IN THE BIZHUBBLE

• BizHubble is the spot to relax pre and post race, while mingling with your coworkers and neighboring companies. We’ll have programming, a DJ, and tons of scheduled fun; it’s the place to be and each participating team has the opportunity to purchase a team space. Team spaces are limited: reservations will close on August 12 OR when they sell out.  Larger-sized spaces sell out first so make sure to reserve yours early! Exact location of team spaces will be determined by Space Race management when payment is received. A map of team spaces will be available September 4. 
• To purchase a space in the BizHubble, visit the team store in your teams Dashboard page. 

PURCHASING FOOD AND BEVERAGE

• Participants can purchase beverages and food from vendors throughout BizHubble. Teams will also be able to pre-purchase food and/or beverage vouchers. Food vouchers and beverage vouchers can be used for any of the food and beverage tents within BizHubble. Food and Beverage Vouchers will be available this summer, so stay tuned!
