- Can I use my deferral/credit from prior races that were canceled
- This race is being put on by a new company, not the prior company, USAP EVents. The prior company is the one who took your money. We haven't got it. Therefore, we can't honor prior registrations.
- For a limited time only, because even we are owed race registrations by USAP Events and because we hate the time change, we are having a Sale. If you send us proof of a prior registration for a canceled race after 2019, we will send you a coupon for $25 off. Sale ends March 9th at 9pm.
- What are the distances for the Duathlon
- The first run is is from the Finish Line to Transition. The bike ride and second run use the same course as the Triathlon
- What perks do you offer clubs
- Any club that promotes our events and encourages their members to volunteer, has a 15% off coupon. If your club doesn't have a code, have your Sponsorship person contact us
- All clubs may have a booth in the Expo for members to hang out and/or to promote your club. Please reserve ahead of time so we can properly map out the Expo
- Any club with 8 or more registrations will get club rack(s) in Transition. Be sure to select your club when you register so we can get an accurate count
- I represent a vendor/charity. May I have a booth in the Expo?
- 501c3 charities who provide 5+ volunteers may have a booth in the Expo for free.
- Vendors may reserve a booth for $250 without tent; $300 with our tent. Contact us up to two weeks before the Event. If you plan to have sales, Santa Clara Coutny Parks has some rules you need to follow.
- A table and two chairs will be provided to all. If you need a tent as well, let us know when you reserve your spot
