Sponsorship Opportunities

As a nonprofit school, we seek your help to cover some of our essential needs. All proceeds from the event will go to our tuition assistance fund. We kindly ask you to consider making a monetary, product, or service donation to support this fantastic event. Some items we need include:

 

●       Monetary donations (including corporate sponsorships)

●       Contributions to the “swag bag” for runners – apples, bananas, water bottles, etc.

●       Services for post-event celebrations

●       All donors will be recognized on the back of the event t-shirts, which will be given to all participants. Additionally, our guests will be strongly encouraged to patronize businesses that support us. As a 501(c)(3) organization, your contributions are tax-deductible.

To ensure your business is included on the 5K and Track-A-Thon shirts, please submit all donations and advertising information by Thursday, September 1, 2024. We will continue to accept donations until the event, and a banner will be displayed in our gym to honor our donors. Please include a business card or .jpg file with your company information and/or note of encouragement to sthubertschoolevents@gmail.com.  Checks can be made payable to St. Hubert School.
