Thank you for participating in the Step Into Autism walk and resource fair.

We can't wait to Walk with you AGAIN!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

(Schedule and activities are subject to change)

10:00 a.m. | Event Starts

Check in at the Welcome table for your Goodie Bag and Streamer. One bag per family please.
Pick up your Family Passport and stop at all the exhibitors listed to get your card initialed. Once you have visited all the exhibitors on your passport card, go to the ASGA tent to claim your Treasure Chest prize.
Visit our title sponsor, Akron Children’s, resources and support.
Stop by the Photo Booth sponsored by Akron Children’s and take a selfie.
Visit the Health Corridor sponsored by Akron Children’s where information will be distributed about health and vaccine accessibility, along with Sensory Bags.
Stop by the Safety Zone sponsored by FirstEnergy where safety decals and information on elopement and water safety will be given out.
Don’t miss the Game Zone sponsored by REM Ohio and J.W. Didado Electric where you’ll find games for all sizes and ages.
Don’t miss the Leppo Boom and the Summit DD Mobile Sensory Bus.
Visit the Resource Fair, see friendly faces, play games, and get ready to walk!

10:45 a.m. | Team Rally before the walk- Welcome, Warm-Up, and Celebrations

Get ready to cheer for your team! Hold your team signs up and wave your streamers to cheer for Autism!

11:00 a.m. | WE WALK! You have TWO ROUTE OPTIONS in beautiful Cuyahoga Falls!

Both routes will start and end at the Amphitheater. Click HERE for the maps.

11:30 a.m. | Finish-Line Celebrations / After Party!

12:00 p.m. | Event Ends

2024 SUMMIT WALK T-SHIRT

Any individual who raises $50 or more is eligible for this year's walk T-shirt! Want to wear your shirt on Walk day? You can pick up your shirt on June 6 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm in the parking lot at 580 Grant Street and Pymira Ave. Look for our tent!

Shirts can also be picked up on Walk day. T-shirt pick-up will be available at the Volunteer table. If you have earned a shirt and cannot pick it up at the walk, please contact Tom@AutismAkron.org to set up a pick-up time after June 8. Supply and sizes are limited

Please help us keep Cuyahoga Falls and our event safe. If you see or hear something concerning, please call 9-1-1 and notify staff at the ASGA table.

The restrooms in the Pavilion adjacent to the Amphitheater will be open.

FIRST AID

A First-Aid kit will be available at the ASGA tent. If you have a medical need, please find a volunteer in a yellow vest or burgundy polo shirt.

If you have an emergency that requires EMS, please call 9-1-1. The Cuyahoga Falls Fire station is located approximately 0.12 miles south of the the Amphitheater on Front Street.

WEATHER AND HYDRATION

Be sure to stay hydrated. Please feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks. Please plan for any type of weather.

QUESTIONS ON WALK DAY?

Look for our volunteers in yellow vests, staff in burgundy ASGA shirts or visit the ASGA table.
