- Course Map: A smooth, family-friendly 5K route inside scenic Tradewinds Park.

Top Tips for Runners
- ✔️ Warm up for 5–10 minutes before the race.
- ✔️ Start slower and increase your pace gradually.
- ✔️ Hydrate early to stay energized.
- ✔️ Keep shoulders relaxed and stride light.
- ✔️ Wear comfortable, broken-in shoes.
- ✔️ Use steady breathing: inhale 2 steps, exhale 2.
- ✔️ Smile across the finish, great for photos!
