10k+ - Course Map
10k + ???
The 10k+ runs a single lap around Stony Creek Lake on the Hike/Bike path starting and finishing at the same start/finish line as the other distances.
As with all past years, the 10k is slightly over 10k to make it one complete loop of the lake, there will be a sign and flag at the 10k mark so you can tag your time at that spot.

On Ride With GPS map use your mouse to move the cursor across the elevation chart at the bottom. This will move a dot around the course so you can see how the course runs.
Explanation of the 10k+ (6.5) Course:
Start & Finish is at Eastwood Beach
1. Run from the start line to the aid station @50yards - turn left onto the sidewalk (Hike/Bike Path)
2. Run ONE full counter clockwise lap around the lake on the hike/bike path.
3. Return to the Start/Finish area in Eastwood Beach turning left off the hike/bike path onto the grass downhill into the parking lot.
4. Follow the cones back to the Start/Finish Line. There will be an aid station here (you will be able to see the finish line).
The Course is well marked and there will be an aid station and volunteer at every point along the other races turn off the bike path.
