EVENT DETAILS:
• Event Date: December 7, 2024
• Event Time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Location: Centre Loop Dr., near the construction area
• Vendor Setup Time: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
• Vendor Area: 10x10 space (vendors must bring their own tables, equipment, and any power sources required).
• Tents: Vendors are allowed to bring a 10x10 tent. Tents must be secured with sandbags or weights in case of high winds. Stakes are not permitted for securing tents.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Vendors must arrive for setup between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. The vendor area will be open to the public from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Vendors must provide their own tables, equipment, signage, power sources, and any other required items. Electricity will not be provided.
• Vendors are allowed to bring a 10x10 tent. Tents must be secured with sandbags or weights to prevent movement due to wind. Stakes are not permitted for securing tents.
• Vendors are responsible for the setup and breakdown of their area. All vendor areas must be cleared by 3:15 PM.
• Vendors are responsible for their own trash removal.
• The event organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• The event organizer reserves the right to deny any vendor application for any reason, at their sole discretion, without further explanation. In the event of non-acceptance, applicants will be notified, and the application fee will be refunded.
