Hope for Salem Run/Walk - Virtual Edition

The Hope for Salem Run/Walk is an event that supports the Hope Pregnancy Clinic, which offers free services to women who are unprepared for pregnancy. Participation in this event helps to provide a compassionate and confidential environment for patients to be heard and receive accurate information and medical care.

This year’s event is going virtual! So, what does that mean? How does one do a run virtually? This is how it works:

·         Register to participate in the Run/Walk. Registration is $25 for adults 18 yrs+ and $10 for youth ages 6 to 17.

·         Fundraise for Hope. Ask your friends and family to sponsor you and donate to the life saving work being done at Hope Pregnancy Clinic.

·         On August 15th run or walk your distance (10K, 5K, 1K) wherever you choose. Email or text your time to our timing company Huber Timing. If you can’t get out on August 15th, you’ll have until August 25th to run/walk your route and submit your time. Check out our Virtual Timing page for more details.

Teams are still welcome! We love teams! When you register, you can put in the name of your team and all team fundraising will go towards your team goal. 

Prizes! The top male/female runners in the 10K and 5K courses will receive prizes. And we will still have prizes for the teams and the individuals who raise the most money. The coveted Golden Binky Award will go to the top fundraising team.

The Hope for Salem Run/Walk is a fundraising event that invites you to make a life-saving impact in your community. Funds raised support the free services we offer to women in our community. Hope provides free, excellent medical care – pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, options counseling – plus so much more. Hope provides a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment for women who are facing unplanned pregnancies. We empower women to make healthy, life-affirming decisions about their pregnancies. Ask your friends, family and co-workers to join you in supporting Hope and be sure to let them know what Hope means to YOU.
