Race Day Bike Rental — $30.00 ea.

Saturday, December 14, 2024 Reserve bikes for members of your awesome cheer squad so they can easily reach our amazing spectator locations on the course.

Race day bike rentals will be available for pick-up starting at 7am at either the race venue in West Beach or the Bike Pavilion at the Sanctuary Hotel in East Beach. All bikes will need to be returned to either the race venue or the Bike Pavilion at the Sanctuary Hotel once the event is over. Online bike reservations are available for 26" adult bikes only. If you need longer durations or other sizes, please call Kiawah Recreation, 843.768.6001, open 8:30am - 4pm daily. All purchases are final.

When biking, it is the cyclist’s responsibility to follow all spectator rules and regulations. Safety is our top priority on race day, and following these rules will keep both you and our runners safe.

Rules and Regulations:
• No pacing runners
• Spectators, cyclists and strollers must not impede any registered participant or the flow of road traffic
• All cyclists must follow the directions of the course monitors, volunteers, Kiawah Island Security and law enforcement
• Helmets are suggested and complimentary with all resort bike rentals
• Ride on the right side of the road, with the flow of traffic
• Ride single file, no biking side-by-side
• No circling runners
• Keep with the flow of bike traffic
• Give the right of way to all runners and pedestrians
• Be alert when crossing driveways, sidewalks, bike paths, and parking lots
• Obey all stop signs
• Yield to traffic coming from behind when turning left at intersections
• Use proper hand signals to indicate turns.
• Cyclists on the course may only have intermittent contact with runners

Get ready to unwind and prepare for race day with our amazing yoga class! Our talented instructor will help you release any pre-race nerves and set the perfect mindset for a successful run.

No yoga experience required, open to everyone. Mats are provided. All purchases are final.

Friday, December 13, 7– 8PM | Sanctuary Hotel Ballroom
It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect with your body, and center your mind. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your yoga experience. Mats are provided. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to discover the many benefits of yoga.

Yoga Recovery — $20.00 ea.

Sunday December 15, 9:30-10:30am - West Beach Conference Center

Recovery Alignment Yoga is highly beneficial for your post-race day when your post-race body doesn’t feel inclined to do very much yoga. This subtle movement session will go a long way towards getting you back on your next starting line or regaining that regular bounce in your step on a run.
