HSNT Programs & Services

Primary Care & Preventive Health. HSNT provides affordable primary care services for adults and families, helping patients stay healthy through preventive screenings, chronic disease management, wellness visits, immunizations, and ongoing care coordination. These services are essential for improving long-term health outcomes and reducing barriers to care.

Pediatric Care. HSNT’s pediatric team supports children from infancy through adolescence with compassionate, family-centered healthcare. Pediatric services include wellness visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, school and sports physicals, behavioral health support, and health education designed to help children thrive.

Women’s Health & OB Care. HSNT offers comprehensive women’s health services, including annual wellness exams, prenatal care, postpartum care, family planning, and maternal health support. Through accessible and patient-centered care, HSNT helps mothers and babies receive the support they need during every stage of life.

Behavioral Health Services. Mental health is an essential part of whole-person care. HSNT’s behavioral health team provides counseling, psychiatric services, substance use support, and integrated mental health care that helps patients navigate life’s challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

Infectious Disease & HIV Services. HSNT is a regional leader in HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and education. Through programs focused on Ending the HIV Epidemic, HSNT connects patients with lifesaving care, education, and support services while working to reduce stigma and improve community health outcomes across North Texas.

Community Outreach & Health Education. HSNT regularly partners with schools, nonprofits, local organizations, and community groups to bring healthcare education and resources directly into the community. Through outreach events, screenings, educational campaigns, and family-focused programming, HSNT works to make healthcare more accessible and understandable for everyone.

This support allows HSNT to:

  • Expand access to affordable healthcare services
  • Support uninsured and underinsured patients
  • Provide pediatric and preventive care for local families
  • Increase access to behavioral health and wellness services
  • Strengthen HIV prevention, testing, and treatment programs
  • Invest in health education and community outreach initiatives
  • Continue building healthier communities across North Texas

Stride n’ Thrive also brings the community together around a shared belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy life.
