Alternate Activities
- We are so glad you want to complete our Virtual 5K Fun Walk/Run!
- Our goal is to make this event as INCLUSIVE as possible - regardless of age, mobility, desire to do an alternate activity, or any other challenge.
- These activities can be done in lieu of walking or running. We hope this list is broad enough to appeal to you all.
Each item lists the distance obtained after 30 minutes of that activity.
For Example: 30 minutes of bowling = 2.2 kilometers OR
10 minutes of aerobics = 1.1 kilometers OR
30 minutes of Line Dancing = 1.6 kilometers
REMEMBER: YOU CAN DO THIS CHALLENGE/EVENT OVER SEVERAL DAYS IF THAT IS YOUR COMFORT LEVEL.
