SOCIAL TEAMS
Reaching the day we celebrate the end of hunger in our community takes a lot of friends! Like we tell volunteers and supporters at the Open Door Café, "THE MORE THE MERRIER!" In that same spirit, we're rewarding you when you create a SOCIAL TEAM to run/walk or roll as a group.
SOCIAL TEAM BENEFITS
Teams of 5 more people can earn prizes and special recognition the bigger their team becomes.
Teams of 10 or more can earn exclusive race day accommodations including a reserved indoor team area, expedited member packet pickup, and customized member bibs featuring your group's logo/artwork. (Indoor team area may be limited. The first five teams to reach the 10 person benchmark are guaranteed indoor space).

On race day, we will offer awards in several team related categories:

- Top Fundraising Team
- Team Spirit Contest
- #SocialMedia Challenge
HOW IT WORKS
When registering for an individual, you will have the option to Join or Create a Group/Team. All members of a social team are linked by their team name and captain.
