Course Map
The Super Bowl 5k is a 2 loop, scenic and accurate 3.1-mile (5000 meter) course.
Start and Finish: On Capitol Ave in front of the State Capitol. Start time 10 am. With this being a 2-loop course, we are asking all participants to be ready to start at 10 am sharp.
2 Loop Course: After you run the first loop you will cross the mats again and proceed to your second loop.
Results: Your results will include your 1/2 way split time! You will receive a time for your first 2500 meters and your finish 5000 meter time.
Stay to the right at all times. If you need to pass someone during the race pass on their left side.
Capitol Complex Mall: Part of the course will be through the wide sidewalk through the Capitol Complex Mall with views of the Michigan Vietnam Veteran and Michigan Law Enforcement Memorials. Please stay to the right and in single file on the sidewalk through the Mall to allow others to pass you on the left. This sidewalk is heated!
SNOW! If there is snow that morning the course will be plowed and salted!
