Change the race event distance
Q: If I want to change events and run a different distance, what do I do?
A: Before the race, you can manage this process via your own registration portal (see below), but if you cannot then email the race director at randy@runtucson.net.
There may be a fee to move to the more expensive race, but there are no refunds if moving from a more expensive race to a less expensive event.
If you want to change your event distance at packet pickup, you must alert the volunteers who can change your distance in the timing system. If you want to change your race distance on race day, you must check in with the race timer or your entry may be disqualified from the results.
Steps to Change an Event
Log in to your RunSignup Profile.
Navigate to Upcoming Events and find your registered race.
Click Manage Registration next to the correct race.
Select Transfer Event (on mobile, open the stacked menu icon in the top-left corner first).
Confirm your transfer information and click Start Transfer.
Complete the registration process for your new event selection and pay any required fee differences.
