September 6 Update on Shirts and Medals:  Registration remains open, so you can still register for the race. There has been a flood of late registrations, so here is an update on the souvenir situation:
NOTE #1: We've reached our pre-ordered limit on both shirts AND medals.  All registrants on September 6, 7, or 8 will NOT receive a shirt or medal at packet pickup and will be asked to pick up any remaining souvenirs AFTER the race, on a first-come, first-served basis.  
MORE DETAILS: everyone who registered before September 6th can pick up a souvenir race shirt and race medal at packet pickup.  We will NOT be able to save or mail souvenirs for pre-registrants.  Please either attend packet pickup or send a surrogate to pick up your race souvenirs.

After the race, all late registrants can choose a remaining shirt and medal at the "Run Tucson" tent on race day.  All remaining shirts and medals can be picked up at The Running Shop through the end of September on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee a shirt or medal after race weekend.

NOTE:  When we order the race shirts, we never know how the sizes will actually pan out.  The size you choose at registrations gives us a guide on which size runs to order, but we have found that sizing is so variable that we do not require people to take the size they requested, nor do we guarantee that the size indicated on the registration form will be available when the athlete attends packet pickup.

Thus: in terms of the giveaway t-shirt, the choice of sizing is NOT guaranteed - sizing is first-come, first-served at packet pickup.  

NOTE: You can send someone to pick up your shirt and medal for you on race week.
