Photography: Special thanks to Damion Alexander of Long Realty for providing snapshots from the race. We'll send out details on how to access his photos after the race.

Also on hand will be John Harris, from Harris Photography, specializing in running and event photography.

Route Safety

Although we have permits from the City of Tucson and Pima County, this course still traverses public streets -- please keep an eye out for vehicles and other potential hazards that are common to urban running, such as potholes, speedbumps, bikes, other pedestrians, and the like.

You must stay within the cones -- do not stray into vehicle lanes.

The 5k runners and walkers are asked to stay to the right as they head out to the turnaround and then stay on the right as you head back from the turnaround.

As you approach the finish line on the downhill from Anklam, please be mindful of all finishers -- hold your line, try not to weave, and be gracious to the other (faster and slower) runners as they strive for the finish line.

Strollers: Strollers are welcome -- but for safety's sake, please stay to the inside of the roadway. Please do not wear headphones while pushing a stroller.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on Pima Community College property or on the race course.

Headphones: We know people love headphones, but we ask that you don't wear them on the race course.

Water on the Route: For public health reasons, it is best if every runner brings their own water for their run. The 10k will have a water stop at approximately the 1.5 mile mark and 4-mile mark. The 5k will have a water stop just before and after the turn-around.
