Join us on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 8 am, for the TShaw Strong 5k to Beat ALS and 1k Kids Fun Run. 

 TShaw Strong was founded by Tim Shaw a six-year NFL veteran who spent three full seasons as a linebacker and special teams ace with the Tennessee Titans. Tim was diagnosed with ALS in 2014.  Both TShaw Strong and the 5k to Beat ALS share the same mission: to raise awareness for ALS and generate funds to help find a cure, all while keeping administrative costs to a minimum.

Together we will raise essential funds and awareness for a cause that profoundly impacts those diagnosed and their families.

This event provides a platform to share heartfelt stories of loved ones living with ALS, offer support to caregivers and families, and highlight the incredible individuals who tirelessly work towards a cure.
