The Amazing Human Race 5k Run/Walk

Join us for the first annual Amazing Human Race 5k Run/Walk and Kids One mile Fun Run.  The year 2020 has been challenging, but we want to remind everyone how amazing the human race can be when we all come together. Join us to run, jog, walk or cheer and help us make this a great event.  

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Bedford County Boys and Girls Club.    This organization serves to enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The mission and core beliefs of Boys & Girls Clubs fuel our commitment to promoting safe, positive and inclusive environments for all. Boys & Girls Clubs of America supports all youth and teens – of every race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, and religion – in reaching their full potential. 

We believe every person has what it takes.  Join us in this exciting event to help us carry out our mission!  

Pre-registration is $25.00, by Oct 1st or $30.00 on race day. If you register after Sept 25th, we cannot guarantee you will receive a shirt. Race day registration will start at 7am, Kids Fun run will start at 7:30am and the 5K will start at 8am. Race will be chip timed

Age Division will be broken down by the following:                                                    

 14 and under (if we have 10 and under kids sign up we'll do a 10 and under division)   15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over  You must participate in the live race to receive a medal, virtual runners will receive their shirt via mail.
