COVID Restrictions
Participation will be restricted to 300 runners. Face Masks will not be required when outdoors however masks will be required indoors (on bus, in the gyms at the start and finish). There will be no post race specific award ceremony. The Aid stations will be manned. Drinks may or may not be self served depending on the rules at the time of the race. If possible drinks will be handed to runners. We will be asking everyone to maintain social distancing.
