During this difficult and uncertain time, we are thinking of you, your families and your businesses and recognize the impact this has on you.
As much as we love gathering community members walking beside The ARK each year, we are committed to keeping our community safe by following the recommendations of the CDC and our community leaders.
How do you do a virtual run?
Take a friend or family member with you and run or walk in your neighborhood, a local park, or even on the treadmill. What better way to practice social distancing with PURPOSE and FUN?
Whatever you do, please adhere to all CDC and community guidelines on social distancing protocols, quarantine restrictions, and other medical safety procedures. We will continue watching the evolving events and listening to advice of experts to ensure the safety of participants, and we hope you do the same.

The 5K Fun Run is one of The ARK's primary fundraisers each year. While we had to cancel the usual run, we still need your support to raise funds for operation costs, victim services, prevention & awareness outreaches, and so much more!

Check out our Facebook page over the next two weeks for graphics, stickers, filters and other interactive materials to get the word out about how YOU are taking steps towards domestic violence awareness in your community.
Registration Fees:
$39.95
Entries must be received by 09/17/20 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
Virtual Race Schedule:
Virtual 5K participants- Register for the virtual 5K. An email will be sent, prior to 10/01, with details on how to download the RaceJoy app to track your distance (optional). The RaceJoy app will allow you to complete the course of your choice anytime between 10/01 - 10/31. Results will be posted on runraceday.com and on the RaceJoy app for those that choose to track their time. Post your pics on our Facebook page (optional). Swag bags will be mailed to you.
**Virtual participants are not eligible for placement awards, but will receive a t-shirt and finisher medal with their swag bag, while supplies last**
