COURSES

• Kid's 1K: A quick loop of the pond

• 5K: Loop around the pond, then head Southwest on the Green Trail. Turn around at the North Pole and reverse your steps.

• 10K: Do the 5K course twice! Be sure to cross the timing mat each time.

ON-COURSE:

• Manned water station where the course crosses Perry Road. You'll hit it 2X per lap.  

START / FINISH

• Water & flavored water

• Electrolyte drink mixes - choose your favorite flavor & brand!

• Hot Coffee Bar featuring LONG RUN Electrolyte Coffee, coffee fixings, Hot Chocolate mix, etc

• Hot Apple Cider

• Snack food

• Pancakes!

Important: per health department, all food and all beverages (other than jug water) are only for registered participants - which is a good reason to register your kids for the free Kid's 1K! 

MEDALS:  Finisher's medals for all participants! Choose your own medal.

OVERALL AWARDS for "Under 40" M/F, Masters (40-59) M/F, Grand Masters (60+) M/F.

- What races are the shirts, medals and awards 'left over' from? Our partner, WRATH Racing, donates leftover shirts, awards and Age Group medals.

- How do I get my shirt size? The website didn't ask. We know we'll have long-sleeve and short sleeve, and that some will be cotton, some will be tri-blend and some will be technical weave. But we won't know what sizes are available until the week before the race. So show up early to get the one you want!

- I'm a Carrollton Runner's Club member, how do I register? You don't need to, it's already a part of your membership package. Just show up and tell us what event you're running

- I'm an MC-RC (Social Runs Only) Member. How do I register? Use the normal registration links, On the checkout screen, you can apply the discount code you got when you became an MC-RC member. (Can't find it? Contact us.)

- I ran a few Carrollton Runners Club events this year, but I'm not a member. How do I register? Use the normal registration links, On the checkout screen, you can apply the discount code you got when you registered for the CRC event. (Can't find it? Contact us.)

- I've never run a Carrollton Runner's Club event but this looks fun. Can I register? Sure!! We'd love to have you run with us, meet the club members, and maybe you'll decide to join!

- My kids want to do the kids run, do I have to register them? Yes, please, because it's the easiest way to make sure we get a signed Waiver for each registered runner (which makes our Insurance company happy!)

- What do I get with my registration? All registered runners (including Kid's Run!) get a finisher's Medal, can enjoy coffee or Hot Chocolate, and can eat pancakes and snacks. Runners who are registered or the 5K or 10K get an accurately measured course, professional timing and results, and can also grab the shirt of their choice!
