HTXstrong Houston Volunteer Day

On Saturday, September 30th, 2017, we will organize a day of Rebuilding in Houston and surrounding communities. We are encouraging anyone who would like to help rebuild our communities to Volunteer on September 30th. Volunteers will assist with tasks like clean-up, light construction, restoration help, or in a variety of other projects that are submitted. Individuals can register to Volunteer or Start a Team and invite others to join in helping those who who were affected in our area. We will serve as the connecting resource and help place volunteers where they are needed.

We also encourage everyone to submit projects if they know of someone who is need of assistance with volunteer labor or who could benefit from one of our teams. If you know of someone who is in need of assistance, please submit information, including a story and/or photos at HTXstrong.org.  We cannot guarantee assistance, however we do guarantee that we will try our hardest to evaluate each situation and provide our resources to help to those we think are most in need. If your project is selected, we will reach out to you by 9/20.

The devastating floods and damage caused by Hurricane Harvey are absolutely heartbreaking to our families and friends. We hope you will join us in our efforts to lend a helping hand to our community as we make our hometown of Houston and surrounding communities stronger than ever.
