JOIN OUR ANEURYSM & AVM AWARENESS 5K!
Be part of a new Houston tradition or participate from anywhere in the world! Join us in person at our inaugural Houston 5K or complete your 5K your way—walk, run, cycle, swim, roll, or get creative. However you participate, you'll be raising awareness, funding critical medical research, and ensuring no one has to face an aneurysm, AVM, or stroke alone.
Register by September 7th to receive your race t-shirt in time for the event!

Once you have completed your 5K, please enter your race results:
1. Log into Your RunSignup Account here: runsignup.com/Login
2. Go to Your Profile: runsignup.com/Profile
3. Click Submit Virtual Results on the event where you want to submit your finish time
If you’re not able to upload your results, please send a photo of your watch or applicable program with your finishing time to wrico@niekrofoundation.org
