Be part of a new Houston tradition or participate from anywhere in the world! Join us in person at our inaugural Houston 5K (race starts at 8 AM) or complete your 5K your way—walk, run, cycle, swim, roll, or get creative. However you participate, you'll be raising awareness, funding critical medical research, and ensuring no one has to face an aneurysm, AVM, or stroke alone.
