You will feel right at home at this family-friendly event. it is a race you will enjoy with a fun course at a great location. This is a fantastic venue for all levels of athletes, whether you are a beginner or have completed numerous triathlons. For the intermediate and elite, it is a great opportunity to set a new PR.
In 2022, athletes will have a choice of sprint or olympic distance triathlon, sprint aquabike, or can choose to participate in an olympic-distance OR sprint relay.
Sprint distances - the swim is a 500-meter loop, the ride is on county roads for a 13-mile bike ride with enough low rollers to keep it interesting. Racers will finish up with a 3-mile run around the lake on a flat crushed granite trail with water stops along the way.
Olympic events consist of two laps of each triathlon segment.
NOTE: We recommend participants purchase the event insurance, as there are no registration refunds going forward. The cost is minimal.
Donations received for the 2020 event will benefit Sports 4 Us, a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to remove the barriers from participation in sports activities for everybody, regardless of whatever challenge faced by the athlete.
