Event setup begins Saturday, June28th, 11am. Physical lifting is involved, and you will be outside in the heat of the day. Water and Gatorade will be provided.

Transition Monitor - Pre-Race June 20th

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

5:00 - 7:15 am in Transition area, Sunday, June 29th. Triathlon rules knowledge preferred, but not required.

Transition Monitor/Post-Race June 20th High Priority

9:00am - noon
Secure transition area and monitor athletes exiting transition with their bikes, verify numbers.

Bike Course Monitor - closed road (Via Sorrento, opposite park entrance)

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

7:00 am til last bike through (note Olympic is two laps)
Staff at intersections to assist drivers to see the bikes.

Bike Course SAG - June 20th

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

8:00 am - 11:00am or last bike finish
Need pickup or similar vehicle to pick up cyclists as needed, and knowledgeable about tire repair and willing to assist cyclists.

Teardown June 20th

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

12:00pm - 3:00pm
After awards ceremony, disassemble finish line and clean up venue.
