Dragon Days challenge

Hello welcome to our E-Dragon community social run. We will be meeting every Friday from March 4th to August 6th in preparation to our Dragon's Den half Marathon. We will be meeting next the district 4 office parking lot at 5:30 to to take off on our run until daylight savings time which will switch to 6pm. All our participants will have the option to do loops of 2.5 miles of hills, trails and different terrain until they get their daily fill. The run will get progressively more difficult as the meet ups progress, from level 1 to level 4 and will get you stronger faster after every meet up. 

We will having a contest of who can show up the most and also who can run the most miles by August last meet up. The way you are able to participate in receiving awards is by submitting our distance and time on each Friday at the results portion of our event.
