Event Schedule

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

Online registration ends on Friday, September 13th at Midnight. The fees are $35 for run/walk, $15 for children 6 yrs to 12, and free for survivors and small children. You can also register the day of the race at the 'Walk Up' table in the registration booth. Fees are $5 more than online registration.

T-SHIRT / PACKET PICKUP:

All paid participants will receive a complimentary T-Shirt at the event, until supplies last. T-Shirts, Bibs and Chips can be picked up early at the Cancer Support Community on 4918 Cooper Road in Blue Ash. T-Shirt pickup times are; Thursday 9/12/19 11am - 7pm Friday 9/13/19 11am - 7pm

SURVIVORS:

If you are a survivor (any woman who has been diagnosed with ovarian or gynecological cancer), join us as our honorary guests. Your registration will be free. You must register to get a special T-shirt and gift. On the day of the event, please check-in at the survivor tent to receive these items.

HONOR SIGNS:

Honor a loved one that has battled or is currently battling Ovarian Cancer. For a $30.00 donation we'll place a sign recognizing the recipient along the course to encourage all the walkers and runners as we fight this disease together. Honor signs can be added to individual registrations or purchased through the "Store".

WALL OF HONOR:

The Wall of Honor is a way of recognizing your loved ones. Please bring pictures or stories to display on the 'wall' as a celebration of life and love.

5K RUN & 3K WALK:

We will be giving awards to the top male and female runners as well as awards for the top 3 male and female runners of each age division. Awards will be presented immediately following the run/walk.  The age divisions are: 14/under, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70/over.  The 5K Run and 3K Walk Courses Start and Finish near the main stage and wind through Summit Park. See the course maps under the "RACE INFO" menu.

RAFFLE:

There will be a raffle on race day. Participants will have an opportunity to view items and bid prior to the start of the race. Cash, credit cards and personal checks are accepted for the teal store and raffle items.

BOOTHS:

We will have many great booths with information, vendors, pictures and kid activities. Please be sure to leave time for browsing.
