2026 PICK UP LOCATION
BALTIMORE CONVENTION CENTER - HALL A
Bib & Shirt pick-up will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center.
Surrounded by thriving neighborhoods and the finest attractions, the Center is directly connected to three hotels via skywalk and within walking distance of 8,000 hotel rooms. Just steps from the Inner Harbor and located off of two major interstates, accessibility couldn’t be easier!
Pick Up will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026. The event is open to the public and FREE of charge. You don’t have to be participating in the race to attend. We will have a full Official Gear Store open throughout pick up hours.

MAILED PACKET OPTION
If you cannot attend the Packet Pick Up, you have the option of having your race shirt and bib mailed to you. Packages are mailed USPS Priority mail. The target ship date is Oct. 8. Once your packet is mailed, we will provide tracking information to the email you registered with.
If you already registered, and now want to add this option on for $35, Visit your Run Sign Up Profile HERE and select “Manage Add ons.” Packets will be mailed prior to race day.
Those who have their packet mailed ARE NOT permitted to pick up their packet during the expo. THE DEADLINE TO ADD MAIL MY PACKET IS OCT 1.
PARKING & ACCESS
During packet pick up hours, we will offer FREE PARKING in the Camden Yards Sports Complex LOT H. [DIRECTIONS]
We will be providing a free courtesy shuttle to the Convention Center from Lot H. It is about a 15-minute bus ride each way. The shuttle pick up will be located on the curbside island between lots G & H and will drop of near entrance to the expo hall. The buses will run from 10:30am-7:30pm on Friday
You may also select to walk from Lot H to the Convention Center. It is just under 1 mile to walk. [VIEW MAP].
If you choose to pay to park, there are several paid lots are located near the Inner Harbor. Parking will not be validated.

BE ON SITE IN FRONT OF AN ACTIVE AND AFFLUENT AUDIENCE. We have vendor booth opportunities on race day in the pre-race Health & Fitness Expo as well as post-race Constellation Celebration Village. Your brand will gain high visibility, reach a targeted audience, generate qualified leads, and develop positive brand associations through direct interactions with potential customers.
All runners will receive a digital Virtual Event Bag prior to attending the event. The Baltimore Running Festival Virtual Event Bag is an interactive, digital “goodie bag” delivered to each runner via email or smart device. The bag features rich-media digital gifts, coupons, games, and more from local and national race sponsors. It will contain race tips, and even ways to get free stuff at the expo.
