Hydration, Fuel & Aid Stations
Hydration stations will be located approximately every 2 miles on the course. There will be water at every hydration station and electrolyte at every other hydration station. When applicable there will be water first followed by electrolyte. There will also be an medical aide station and restrooms location at every Hydration station.
