· March 1, 2026 - Last day to order the Bib mailing option from the store. Last day to request a transfer, switching of event, deferral or partial refund.
· Friday April 17, 2026 - Free Expo 12 PM-8 PM
· Saturday April 18, 2026 - Free Expo 9 AM-5 PM
· Sunday April 19, 2026
o 3 AM - Parking Garages Open
o 3 AM - Washington BLVD Closes to Vehicular Traffic
o 5 AM - 6 AM - Newport Parkway Open for Runners for Bib Pickup; Bib Pickup will close promptly at 6AM so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR TRAFFIC, PARKING, WALKING AND STANDING IN LINE.
o 5:00 AM - VIP/Elite tent open
o 5:30AM - Runners solutions open
o 5:30 AM-6:27 AM - Bag check open; Bag Check will close promptly at 6:27AM. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS IN THE CAR
o 6:00 AM Course Closes to Vehicular Traffic
o 6:30 AM Start Line Corrals Open
o 7:00 AM Start of both races
o 10:35 AM Half Marathon Finish Line Closes
o 1:35 PM Full Marathon Finish Line Closes
