Dropping out or DNFing
Unfortunately, things sometimes happen and you may not be able to complete any official distance. If that happens, please drop out at the start/finish, since we will not have transportation anywhere else. It is absolutely essential that you notify the timing official (NOT a volunteer). Let them know if you are quitting so we don’t go out looking for you – we don’t want to have to call a missing persons report into the police! Simply sign our form that you’re done. During the event, if you accept a car ride, or ride a bike, or scooter, etc… you are out of the race, obviously.
