No purchase, donation or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase, donation or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Entry may be obtained by registering for the Rebel Run 5K online here or by using the free alternative entry method described below, during the sweepstakes period.

The sweepstakes period begins at 12:00 a.m. MT on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on Aug. 13, 2026.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 are not eligible for the sweepstakes even if registered for the Rebel Run 5K.

Employees, officers and board members of Conservation Colorado, HOKA, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries, automated entries or attempts to circumvent the entry limit are void.

The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

For a free mode of entry, either (a) follow Conservation Colorado on Instagram (@ConservationColorado) and like the official Rebel Run 5K HOKA Giveaway post HERE, or (b) send an email to hannah@conservationco.org with the subject line "Rebel Run 5K Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and contact information. All free entry methods provide an equal chance of winning.

Four winners will be selected. Each winner may select one pair of HOKA running shoes from the available inventory while supplies last, in order of drawing. If no suitable size is available for a selected winner, Conservation Colorado may, at its discretion, offer a comparable alternative or select an additional winner. Available shoe sizes are limited and currently include: Women's sizes 8-10 and Men's sizes 9.5-12.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on Aug. 14, 2026.

Prizes are awarded "as is," are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with receipt of a prize.

Winners will be notified by email, phone, Instagram direct message or another reasonable method using the contact information provided by the participant.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours or declines the prize, Conservation Colorado may select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Conservation Colorado, which are final. Conservation Colorado reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including in the event of fraud, technical failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Conservation Colorado is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or otherwise undeliverable entries due to technical failures, internet interruptions or other causes.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Conservation Colorado, HOKA and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
