Pick up your race day t-shirt and bib at one of the following times: We encourage participants to use Friday’s packet pickup for a quicker start on Saturday morning. If you plan to pick up your shirt and bib on race day, please allow extra time for parking, getting to the event site, and waiting in the registration line.

Open Team Tent Area
Teams or Groups without a reserved tent space are welcome to sent up a tent or meeting area in our Open Team Tent Area. If planning to do this we ask that you setup during our Team Tent Setup from 6:00 - 7:00 AM. All tents should be secured down with tent weights!
We encourage you to personalize your tent space! Feel free to bring team decorations, table clothes, prepared foods, non-alcoholic beverages, crafts, or games to enjoy before and after the race.

Registration and packet pickup will open at 6:30 AM and close prior to the start of the 5K at 7:45 AM. Please allow at least 30 minutes to park and walk to the event site, register (if needed), pick up your shirt and bib, and enjoy the atmosphere before the opening ceremony at 7:35 AM.
It is critical to review all directions and parking information in advance. Please expect heavy traffic congestion on Providence Road near the event site.

- WATER STOP - 5K RUN : There will be one water stop at mile 1.5 on Jefferson Dr. .
5K Awards Information: Overall awards for the 5K, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for both male and female runners, as well as Masters (40+) male and female winners, will be announced on stage during the awards ceremony. Age group 1st-3rd winners can pick up their medals at the registration table following the ceremony.
