Be a part of the Their Place 5K Run/1M Walk for Inclusion on May 3rd by registering online for one of our live events: 5K Run, 1M Walk, or Kids Walk/Run.
Online pre-registration closes May 2nd.
On-site registration will be available but fees will be at the Event Day price OF $50.
Day-of Registration: We will accept CC, cash or check at the Register Today tent.
5K RACE TIMING & RESULTS
The 5K run will be officially chip-timed by racingnj.com. Each runner will receive a race bib with a built-in timing chip.
Your time will be recorded from the moment you cross the start line to when you finish the race.
Official results will be posted on our event website.
AWARDS & PRIZES
🏆 Will participants be awarded for performance? YES!
The 5K Awards Ceremony will take place at 10:30 AM (or as close as possible).
Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 in each 10-year age group (15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90+)
🎁 Will there be prizes? YES
RACE DAY ESSENTIALS
👕 Bib Pick-Up
Bibs can be picked up starting at 8:00 AM on Race Day.
👟 What should I wear?
Comfortable running attire and proper footwear.
If you registered before April 1st 2025, registration includes a t-shirt—consider wearing it for the event!
👀 Spectators Welcome!
Friends, family, and supporters are encouraged to cheer on participants and celebrate inclusion with us!

🌦 Rain or Shine Event
The race will go on regardless of weather!
In case of severe storms, participants will be directed to their vehicles until it is safe to resume.
Heat Advisory: Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and know your limits.

Bring your own water bottle or hydration pack to reduce congestion at water stations.
We will provide water on-site and along the course.
