The transition area will be located between the parking lot and the swimming pool. It will open at 6:30 on a first-come, first-serve basis.
PLEASE BE SITUATED IN THE TRANSITION AREA BY 7:45 am. THE TRANSITION AREA NEEDS TO BE CLEARED BY THE TIME THE FIRST WAVE STARTS.
BODY MARKING AND RACE NUMBERS:
Each athlete will receive a race number bib which needs to be worn in front of your body for the run (it is not mandatory to wear the bib number on the bike). The easiest thing to do is to pin the bib number onto the shirt you will be wearing for the race. Another option is to purchase a race belt to hold the number. Race belts are available at most running stores.
After setting up your transition area go to the BODY MARKING AREA which will be located near the transition area. Your race number will be marked on one arm, one thigh and your age will be put on your left calf. This will help race officials identify you while racing.
Official wave starts will be finalized race morning. Please check the wave start time board located near the registration table the morning of the triathlon.
FINISHLINE AND POST RACE ACTIVITIES:
Please stay and enjoy the post race activities! We will have family-friendly activities. Athletes can enjoy post race refreshments.
The award ceremony will occur as soon as the top finishers in each age group are determined. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO THE TIMING OFFICIALS AND ALLOW THEM THE TIME THEY NEED TO PROCESS THE RESULTS. We know everyone is anxious to see how they did and will post results as soon as possible. Please resist the temptation to inquire at the timing table. They are unable to present results to individuals until all of the results for that age category are final.
