Adults' Race

  • 6:00am - Athlete checkin and race day registration opens
  • 6:00am - Transition opens
  • 6:50am - Transition closes. All athletes must attend a pre-race meeting in the Selby Aquatic Center stands
  • 7:00am - Athletes line up for swim start
  • 7:30am - Race start!

Kids' Race

  • 9:00am - Age 8-11 start
  • 9:15am - Age 5-7 start
