For people who are interested in a more advanced training plan, click here to download a Google sheet that can be customized to each person's goal race time.
Just a friendly reminder that weekly VARRA runs are:
Mondays at 6:30 PM at Memorial Stadium Track
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM at Riverside Stadium
Saturdays at 6:30 AM at Riverside Stadium
