AID STATONS
ROAD COURSE
- There will be 2 aid stations. The stops will be at approximately miles 2 and 4.
- Station 1 will have water.
- Station 2 will have water and Gatorade.
TRAIL COURSE
- There will be 3 aid stations on the course. They will be spaced approximately every 2 miles
- Staton 1 will have water and Gatorade.
- Stations 2 and 3 will be stocked with the following items:
- water
- Gatorade
- GU
- trail mix
- M & M's
- fruit gummies
- cola and ginger ale
- ice
- possibly pickles and pickle juice (TBD)
