Once your results have been validated, your participant pack and finisher medal will be mailed to the address you provided in registration within approximately 45 days.

To keep the virtual experience consistent for all participants, only running, jogging, or walking counts toward race completion. There is no time limit, and participants are encouraged to complete the race at their own pace. If you have accessibility needs or use a mobility aid such as a wheelchair or walker, we welcome your participation.
Yes. Your full registered distance—either 10K (6.2 miles) or 5K (3.1 miles)—must be completed in a single day. Results must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. PT on September 27, 2026.
No. Only one registration and one race submission per participant will be accepted.
You can use any running or fitness app that records your distance and time. Popular free options include:
- MapMyRun
- Strava
- Runkeeper
- Garmin
If you don't use a smartphone, you may use a smartwatch, treadmill, Fitbit, or stopwatch that tracks both time and distance. A photo or screenshot of your completed activity will be required for manual submissions.
Participants may submit results in one of two ways:
- Upload your activity file through the online Results page.
- Submit your finish time online and reply to the Race Week email with a photo or screenshot of your completed activity (if using a smartwatch, treadmill, Fitbit, or stopwatch).
Please note that participants must submit their own race results. Results must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on September 27, 2026.
After your results have been validated, your official result will appear on the leaderboard. Select your name and click the certificate link to download and print your personalized finisher certificate.
Participant packs and finisher medals will be mailed via USPS approximately 45 days after race validation to the shipping address provided during registration. Finisher certificates are available for download once your results have been validated, typically within 72 hours of submission.
No. Because participants complete the race on different courses and at different times, there are no age-group or overall awards. Every validated finisher will receive a commemorative finisher medal.
